Maybe since they apparently tested the BJ with two chips, that means they'll ship with two chips. 
They haven't tested chips. They said themselves they don't get substrate till Monday. My guess is PCB are finalized/ordered after they get substrates. Chip testing probably a week out (2+ more likely). Delivery to the first customer in Jan is my guess. Dec delivery looks kind of unlikely given we have 2 holidays upcoming.
