Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes I have refreshed the page and tried a different browser (Tor, Chrome). I have used chipmixer quite a few times and this is the first time I have experienced any issue. Any more suggestions? Currently on 29 confirmations
I'm sorry but you're going to have to wait for their support.
I don't think trying it on a different device will do too much (but you could always try it on a phone/another computer).
It looks as if it will most likely be a server-side issue. It's probably fully propagated on the network by now if it has that many confirmations (enough for chipmixer's servers to notice it if it is). Make sure you sent the support ticket with the token so they can fix your issue.
Hi, OK, I have sent them an email at the proton email address with the TXID. I'll send them the Token now as well. Thanks again for the help and @bitcoinmii please post if you receive any reply from their support, I shall do the same.
