Mistakenly negative trust can not be given, because before you receive it, it will pass the test by moderators, which excludes it. But if something happens, then it's better to turn to the moderator and prove your rightness, if it is so.I think they should issue one warning to the account holders before given negative trust as this can wasted their long hard work.
Do you think people has much time to warn everyone those they red tag? If you have issue with the red tag then directly contact with that person and discuss to remove it. Like earlier you requested me to remove my one. If double accounts are allowed then its wrong with me as i got negative trust by a forum user he stated that i hold many accounts, i have send him request by clearing my position lets see he will reply or not. If not replying then i think my account is ruined because mostly bounty managers are not considering negative trust users 
You have been redTrusted because of Breaking rules and cheating various campaigns not for having multiple account. There is a difference.
If i have cheated various campaigns then why i got payment from those campaigns? there is no any campaign where i got rejected sir. I got paid by them without any objections sir. everyone can review i worked as per rules of the bounty.
