so i understand it so far but what happens wen my machine finds a block ?

can some one explane this ? what are the rewards or .... tell me how does this work ?

At Slush's pool, you won't get any extra reward for finding a block. You can have a good feeling and can compare your reward with solo mining. :-)
well, the solving share would be higher, so you would see a little more.
