You really should give a detailed write up of everything that went wrong and when it went wrong when the site is back up.

I believe this is a lie! They use cloudflare for ssl and they dont have to wait even a second. It looks like they are probably updating their system now. That means the server is complete, or its not and they are covering up a lie.
With Cloudflare you have the option to use a general SSL cert that is shared with other people (not a good idea), or upload your own.
So this part is not a lie.
