I think that best decision - is to create tokens on blockchain - NEO or Etherium, make some promotion and list this tokens on Exchange. I think that you should just issue tokens, but ICO it is not good idea. It will be very hard to find investros.
if you read and followed the discussion, it's apparent that the token is already created/issued and almost fully distributed
his core question was about how to make his token to have some value and turn into $ for his platform users
solution is actually pretty simple, by understanding the use of token and basic economics behind it
which seems was missed out (neglected) during creation or introduction of that token to his platform
