5 Post is that much , and 4hrs online time is also reasonable , i think staff made this to reduce spam and also newbie like use give time to forum and get familiar with the rules 
Now that you put it that way, I suppose that's fair enough. I have no burning questions yet but I suppose for someone who did, it'd be rather annoying.
