as i remember, hydro did intend to come and join Consesus 2018.
However, their Block tank on 17/5/2018 has attracted so far too many clients, even the waiting list is setting up. thats the reason they might not be able to attend on consensus 2018.

P/s : just might not, final decision has not been decided. somehow they will come , just wait for their newst update.
