With ETH I never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes to complete a transaction. Heard a Lot of good words about the speed and recently tried LTC. Took 19 mins to complete my first transaction

ripple is the fastest and has the best tech, but its not all about tech
ripple claims ~3 to 5 second transaction rate as they are vaildated by ripple nodes (they are participating banks and financial institutions)
ripple is not really a crypto coin but a closed payment / asset transfer system.
Ripple does not maintain a Public BlockChain, just a group of servers validating transactions.
It has Proven to be less secure / reliable than a blockchain based coin.
