Hey im new here, so many useful posts thought it would be cool to join.
So for anyone who knows about btc exchanges...
What do you think is the best/easiest country in which to start a bitcoin exchange?
Somewhere with less legal hurdles, issues, and regulations, better than the US
I'm a developer so thats why im interested.
