. As I recall, I haven't had a virus on my PC in god-knows how many years, you know? For the last five years or so I didn't have an anti-virus installed at all. Is it just me or are there not as many viruses out there nowadays?
This is true. Some PCs are never going to be attacked, therefore it is nothing to repell and nothing to earn. However some PCs are going to be attacked frequently.
This is a game of big numbers.
