I agree completely, but always the countries of the first category as a bone in the throat for everyone else.

I do not quite agree with this statement, the fact is that different countries have different economies, most of them are weak and if they allow the BTC to openly intervene in their markets, the economies of these countries may simply break down. That is why some countries try first of all to understand and learn to regulate new technologies.
