Actually I don't think so because some players do win in the "Multiply your bitcoins" and in the Lottery sections. You can check the STATS section to see how many Bitcoins were won by users and you'll see that the amount is impressive.
Speaking about the Multiply section, the site has 5% house edge and that's what they keep to themselves, not most of the Satoshis received from the FREE Rolls.
