Something catched my eyes on twitter, https://twitter.com/CesiraeOfficial/status/992841357218607105, they claim that they will build their project on top of Ark, they didn't even do an ICO, they just minted 25M token on ethereum

I think they're waiting for V2 to be finished.

Ark Core v2 is now at 93% finished, this is a really great step I think price will go up when v2 hit the devnet and people can see it at real time.

Where did you get the information about 93%? On the official site, in the Roadmap section - still ARK CORE v2 = 71%.

I mean the "Developing & writing ARK CORE v2" section is at 93% but yeah the overall percentage is at 71%
