It's Frustrating though.

I have checked the Rep of a Member and everybody praised him in 5 transactions, so I went ahead and sent him coins, and he had never paid me. Once he said there was an electricity problem, then he said he'll pay right away, then he said to send him a Paypal request, and it's been over 10 hours without a response, and I've been flooding him with PMs on here and he was online just a moment ago, yet he continued to ignore me.

The worst of that, is that I see he received a BTC payment after mine on the address he supplied.

I'd say one thing here. Forget the Reputation thing, get paid first then send your BTCs. You can rip any one off via Paypal, it's the contrary, let alone if you send the BTCs first, then say good buy to your money.

It happened to me 3 times on another forum, and this one my first on here and it happened again, and the Admins can check our PMs and how it's confirmed he got the BTC and every time he finds an excuse.

I'd just appreciate it if he says he will pay on such and such date.
