We are willing to inform you that the ZONTO project is developing in accordance with the road map. And, as you know, during the ICO in 2017 we have issued a token on the Ethereum basis, of ERC-223 standard, which implied payments in the cryptocurrency to its holders. At that time, the issuance of such tokens did not contradict the requirements of the Estonian legislation.

Unfortunately, at the moment our company have encountered some technical and legitimate problems due to that decisions. All these factors complicate not only the token price growth, but also its listing on big exchanges.

In this regard, we appeal to all holders of tokens with a proposal to replace existing tokens with new, utility type one. Unlike the current token, this type of tokens will have a direct impact on the platform. Utility tokens provide holders with some advantages when using company products and will simplify the use of ZONTO services.

To ensure price growth and facilitate listing process, we have decided to replace the standard of the token with ERC-20.
The exchange procedure will proceed according to the instructions and with the link to the smart contract. Each holder must agree to replace own security (ERC-223) tokens, and then transmit them for exchange. Replacement of tokens will take place at the rate of 1 (ZONTO) token to 1000 utility (ZNT) tokens. After exchanging old ZONTO tokens, they will be burnt.

We note at once that exchanging tokens to new ones remains an independent decision of each holder. Since after the replacement of tokens, the holder is deprived of the right to receive payments in the cryptocurrencies from the activities of ZONTO.

The holders of the tokens (ERC-223) who decide not to change the tokens to the new ones (ERC-20) reserve the right to receive payments after the tax return of the company on the basis of the reporting period (year). According to the Estonian legislation, ZONTO OU will publish information on revenues after the submission of the annual report for 2017. Its disclosure is planned before 01.07.2018.
