Really tough luck to have release of zero fee ICO platform exactly at the day when bitcoin and every alt dips. hopefully news will kickin as soon as market recovers.
Maybe The korean exchange UPBIT problem affected this generale market drop. This isnt a good moment but if STRATIS ICO platform really do a good work we will see a huge value increase. This is investment long term.
