There is no one who leads the Russian branch of this project.
Apparently the project does not want to attract the Russian audience of investors.
It is not our intention to steer away potential Russian investors. Like stated in the previous post, we will update this thread when we have a Russian translation for our various documents/website.
There is also a section in our Bounty program for community managers, but nobody has taken the initiative to lead the Russian community. If you are interested in doing so, here is the link:
