Minds is a free and open source social networking platform working towards decentralization with over 1 million users. The test economy consists of a daily reward pool of utility tokens allocated to contributors based on votes, comments, shares received, check-ins, referrals, etc. Tokens can then be used to boost posts (1 token roughly 1k views) or wire to other users in exchange for custom rewards set by creators.
