Let us promote bitcoin or crypto currencies in general is a good idea.  So I suggest to create a foundation to where everyone who want to support bitcoin can send a donation and then this money will be used to pay advertisement in the public press. This will surely help to let bitcoin become more famous and price should increase again thereafter.
