Hey I understand completely.  I know it will come eventually.  As important as any loan always seems, the closer it is to realizing a piece of dream coming true -there is 1000 things that didnt cross my mind that add up so fast.  I better stop here, before I just vent all over your thread.

What I wanted to ask is about the pricer in the Original Post.  Is it just down?  I can never get it to work, or load, or something, I dunno....
