If you drink warm water regularly in the morning, your digestive tract will be stimulated to function well. Scientists have proven that drinking cold water after a meal makes the fat in the food coagulate, creating buildup in the intestinal wall, which in the long term leads to colorectal cancer. Conversely, if you drink hot water after a meal, the digestion rate will be raised to the maximum. So I often drink hot soup after eating rice.
