If they work directly with personnel (which I doubt) then yes, for sure. If you want someone in person, you can take Microsoft and Steve Ballmer or Apple and Steve Jobs where it will be more evident. It may be very well hidden under the tinsel of equality and all that nonsense, but nevertheless it is still there
