Yes, I agree. Anyone can use Bitcoin as long as the user have an internet access and a gadget to start with. Anyone who use Bitcoin is anonymous. The only difference is rich people can easily start with a Bitcoin than the poor , you must have money to do that.
With this fact should all countries immediately legalize bitcoin so bitcoin could be more useful to improve the economy globally, I'm sure that if bitcoin is legalized then poverty will decrease drastically.
