You should not probably make it as your main factor to decide what ICO you are going to invest in, did you know that some ICO pays some listing sites to make a good and positive feedback score, do not be fully dependent to these sites though they may help you but the main thing is to rate it for yourself, research, team authentication, products, roadmap and white paper quality.
