I have some btc stuck on hitbtc there is no email coming so I can withdraw my coins is hitbtc a scam I've read a few bad things about them on here. What do you guys think?

Ive been using Hitbtc as of now when i do sell out some of my bounty tokens and transactions do went smooth without any problems.(Im might be lucky
)Ive heard countless issues towards the site which i do suspect this do randomly catch up users.
