The sales are standing still beacause , the website isnt associated with a blockchain api.
So the amount of money raised you see in the counter isn´t real because they need to adapt the amount manualy
ergo this whole ICO looks fishy and looks a bit scammy to me
there was even a conversation in the telegram group a week ago where it was mentioned but the backers didnt care beacause they are brainwashed really bad.i did partecipate in the ico too for a little amount only to look how the whole story will turn out.

and yes, if the ico details was automated, it would be much faster and helpful for everyone.
however, you purchased already, then you can normally track the amount of OLXA Sent to contributors and understand well the exact amount of sales.
