I had a similar issue in Paxful where I got scammed and they didn't get involved at all. I did my research on the user, I provided proof and they banned his account but I didn't get any refunds from them. The scammer however gave me money back later (hoping that he'll get unbanned) but they kept his account closed.

If I remember correctly, after reporting the trade offer, I got a reply from the team in less 24h so try to wait a little bit more. However, even while assuming that Paxful reimburse users. It's possible that the scammer withdrew all funds already.
