Innovative antivirus is very good, but why on this platform blockchain? Why not do just the antivirus?

One of the reasons why blockchain is needed on this platform is that ordinary users do not understand where and when the attack on their device was made. Blockchain allows you to track all the information with regards to antiviruses. Often, users do not understand the nature of the threat and how it was implemented.

No , due to the blockchain, users antivirus will obtain a license to use antivirus.

Can i learn more about licenses and how it will function on the platform?

The license holder (token holder) gives his license for use to the person who uses the anti-virus , if an attack is made on his computer and the antivirus successfully reflects it, the owner of this license receives a monetary reward. All this will happen on ethereum smart contracts. That is why the blockchain creates a larger ecosystem connecting users, developers and holders of the tokens
