there should be some type of minor test other than captcha one that tests to see how twaked out they are
there were lots of people who did not use PGP encryption when sending out their personal information, and in addition to that, lots of people were/are getting scammed out of their money. i'm certain there are a lot of dumb people who use BTC or silkroad.
