Is it really required to explain how a bounty campaign works? The poster is paid to make posts while wearing the signature and if required an avatar. The conditions of the marketing campaign are stated in the OP of the bounty campaign manager. If someone is not able to understand these very basics, then he should stay away and safe the bitcointalk community from reading his posts.
actually this is not necessary to explain again. because every bounty campaign has a rule that they apply to the thread
It is difficult to know whether he really does not understand or just want to open a thread that we can all see in the fill many shitposter in it
I think what OP is trying to say is that a lot of these terms and rules, and the way bounties work, seem apparent to us as veterans but can be confusing for newcomers, and in fact also confusing for experienced hands.
This is clear when you get a lot of bounty hunters joining programs and then finding out, to their surprise, that they are later disqualified or are not earning tokens to their expectations. There are a lot of resources that help introduce the concepts to newbies, the OP's post demonstrates a few, including AmaZix's which also publishes guidance on their bountiez.biz blog.
Don't dismiss newcomers so easily, we all started out without knowledge.
The culture of reading in this forum is less especially for newbie, they just want instant to get any profit. The goals of the OP is good and provide a general understanding. I don't dismiss newcomers so easily as whole, because some of them will try to understand what they will do before directly joining the project, but most of them will ignore any important understanding to join the project, this will be a mistake.
