Move this to Reputation Board. There is no separate rules as you say and you don't need to start a separate topic for reporting merit abuse. You can report the merit abusers in
this thread.
I know many will not like this post as mostly old members are active here. In some cases, I see clear abuse of merit system by old members and no action is taken. If this is done by a new member, they are painted red in minutes. Why these double standards ?
Some DT may not have seen this merit trading, that's the reason they didn't tag them with negative trust.
