By law, payment for purchase of real estate in Ukraine can only be performed through a bank in Ukraine (cash deals are not allowed) and payable with currency listed on the first currency group here:

So essentially you will still need to pay with UAH (Ukrainian Hryvna) which means you as a buyer will need to to convert your bitcoins to that currency.
Be aware of the strict proviso about currency controls mentioned under "mode of payment" on the first link above. You cannot easily repatriate money later if you decide to resell the property and can't explain how you imported the funds legally in the banking system. I doubt a blockchain transaction hash will work.
That is useful, so the buyer will have to find a way to convert it to ukrainian money first rather than transact directly with bitcoins
