That is a lot to lose.so sorry about that.I hope it is not in a single day and you did not engage in margin trading,not much you can do with trading unless you are a professional.To make a profit from day trading,it generally means someone else has to lose cash.It is a game of 'the winner takes it all'.I would sugesst you devote some resources to HODLing.I believe the rewards are better in the long run.
