How do a attach a screenpic WORD doc here? I went thru all the icons and can't find a way.
You cannot upload a word file (.doc) here.
You can upload it online on a file hosting service then put the link here (or Google drive for example).
Another possibility is to take screenshots of the document, upload it in imgur (or other service) then put the links here.
