I doubt that you will get tokens during presale.Usually distribution starts during the sale.
I also think they are locked in pre-sale phase.

I think tokens are locked longer.They should be locked even after sale ends, at least bonus tokens that you get to avoid dumps when TCO hits exchange.Don't know how long will they be locked though, would be nice if someone knows to share?
I think you are talking about bonus tokens and team tokens that are usually looked from 1 year upwards.
Yes i think bonus tokens should be locked too.That is the way to go in the future i think,as people are getting sick of all those dumps that happen after the exchange listing.
Also, there's always a way to check if the project could have a huge dump, and that's checking if the bonus is too big. Locking tokens prevent's that too an extent as there could still be a huge dump after the tokens are unlocked.
