In fact I still don't know the rule, satoshiDice at least provides a range.
For example, you choose to bet on 49.5%. You place a bet, you get TX, Seed (24 hours later!), Game Name and message. Now, put them into the verifier, if You get a number from 0 to 49.5, you win else the house wins.
