The better question is when can I buy a house or car on a regular basis with BTC. When it is widely accepted, your paltry 0.1 BTC will be more highly valued.

No, I'm not. This thread is about when the valuation of a single Bitcoin will be $1M in 2013-USD, or in other words when the buying power of a single Bitcoin will match the buying power of 1M USD TODAY. Future inflation (and therefore reduction in value) of USD is not a factor in this prediction.
