Website is very slow.It's an instant piss off for somebody opening the website for the first time. 
Literally nothing worked and crashed my browser without loading the game.You know those fancy 3d graphics have no relevance over a simple user interface which loads in a few seconds.If you can't optimise your website to open within a few seconds,I doubt people will have patience to play there.
Which browser did you use and is it an updated version of it? I think the site is running this for the animation effects.
You could try and use a different browser like Opera or even Chrome.
See if this helps the delays and the crashing of the site.
If not then try downloading the game engine where they say it is an option to use when not currently connected online.
