latest when you say i need a proof of fund or proof of wallet you will never hear something from this people  Wink

we can give the pof or kyc or others.

Buyer can have their lawyer officer handle all the notary, we just need to have our commission proof letter

then we can connect with buyer  lawyer and seller lawyer.

no one need pay  anything, like travel expenses , the escrow fees, legal fees, we wont pay it to anyone.
