I think that this small exchange will have a bad influence on the price - the price will not grow, but will only fall down.
It will not fall any further though the exchange is smaller because those who are disappointed about it have sold them all. When dev do not accept too high fees of major exchanges, small exchanges are the appropriate expansion options.
