Well that's Media for you spreading false rumor's just to destroy the reputation of bitcoin so they can hog all the bitcoin value.
They just dont understand and maybe they are threatened by the bitcoins and all the other cryptocurrency especially those who are decentralized because if that will be the one ruling thw world then they cannot manipulate people anymore that is what media is doing they are spreading the false news that are leaving a mark into people's mind for them.to stay away from bitcoins that is why the result is the price of the bitcoins is falling because they are decreasing the amount of bitcoin user.
