Agree. I don't think that bouties will stop for some reasons :
- not expansive and big way to communicate
- easy to check & manage
- KYC system is growing and 80% of scammers will disappear

Nonetheless, two things will evolve. The selection & less money for bounty hunters. Soon ICOs will select people by their level & Merit. It's obvious !
ICOs will evolve too and becoming most of them ITO. ICOs are more expansive than ITOs.
