I have an "exchange" for everyone who is in a rush to buy or sell CLO; join Callisto's Discordapp channel. Under "trading" you can post "?clo.show_all" and you will see everyone who's buying or selling CLO at the moment and at what price.

Here is the list of all commannds:   

     *** Sell Offers ***

    ?clo.add_offer [amount clo] [price each]: Add a new offer to sell. Only 1 offer per user.
    ?clo.del_offer: Remove your sell offer
    ?clo.show_offers: Display a list of current sell offers

    *** Bids ***

    ?clo.add_bid [amount clo] [price each]: Add a new bid to buy. Only 1 bid per user.
    ?clo.del_bid: Remove your buying bid
    ?clo.show_bids: Display a list of current buying bids
