When this exchange was launched? There is a very small daily volume (3 mln) but cap of their tokens 18 mln

Most of exchanges had much better succes for this time. Binance bacame top1 exchange in just a half of year. They must have more better marketing.
Their aim was top 20 exchanges. And the only way how latoken can achieve their goals is asset trading. So where is it?
