Lessaj, I hope you used an escrow service because something doesn't add up... He told me he was in North Carolina and as far as I know North Carolina isn't one of Canada's 10 provinces.

Entirely possible. Live and learn I guess. Will certainly be more careful going forward. Luckily it wasn't a crazy amount of coins and since LTC just doubled in price I'm still doing ok.
