In my opinion bounty hunters do not need this type of a procedure. But i also met few cases that asking KYC documents for bounties and even for airdrops!! But it is very dangerous for giving KYC documents for them. The main reason is some Bounties and ICO's are scams and if we submit our ID documents to them that will cause a huge issue in future. So we should more vigilant before we send any KYC documents to anyone.
