Just my humble suggestion. Train your stuff to be tougher in dealing with problems or fire them, its crypto, its not a sundays lunch. unblock all accounts, which are not spamming with advertising, on telegram and leave people being there like they are (dont take telegram to serious, but establish rules for basic communication). make a discort channel for pro talk with moderation and AMA events  

there will be alot more difficulties in running a cryptocoin company with a community. pick them up, where they are, make them like you. Dont announce things and then change them, exchanges is the most sensitive topic ever - being on a exchange is THE difference as you noticed.
