This is the first time I heard about phenix coin, thank you very much.
I cannot open the homepage of it, from the bitcointalk thread, it seems that phenix premined a lot.
I don't think premining is a good idea.
yes, that was so they had a budget to pay people in the casino. (i think)
Haven't followed the cryptoworld for a while so there might already be a copycat of phenix.
