Also had the problem with the win update. Was not able to find the miners after the update, the usb ports gave errors.
Furthermore, was unable to reinstall the silicon labs driver package for usb as per openingtopic instructions.
After a rollback everything immediately worked again so i'm guessing there's a kink in the new windows update

Yea last windows update screwed up drivers pretty bad. Lots of other devices not working either. Im sure silicon labs will issue driver update to fix soon.
BTW if anyone from here is at consensus in NYC Im there so come say hi!
